We currently provide delivery services across India.

Orders can be placed from most locations within India, subject to the availability of courier services in the delivery area.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment verification, where applicable.

We generally dispatch orders within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during exceptional circumstances may take additional time to process.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping or tracking information where available.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, and other circumstances.

Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach locations may require additional time.

• Within Kerala: 1–3 business days.

Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• Name
• House/building number
• Street/locality
• City
• State
• PIN code
• Mobile number

Myky is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Failed or Undelivered Shipments

If a courier attempts delivery but the order cannot be delivered because:

• The customer is unavailable.
• The address is incorrect.
• The customer refuses delivery.
• The customer cannot be contacted.
• The PIN code or address is invalid.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated delivery failure, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-shipment.

Damaged Packages

We take reasonable care to ensure that products are properly packed before dispatch.

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend that you do not accept the shipment where possible and contact our customer support team promptly.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs or videos of the package and product so that we can review the matter and assist you.
